CEO

Asbjørn has over 30 years experience from international Executive and Senior Management positions in Private Equity as well as Publicly Listed Companies, with over 25 years in senior positions in key energy locations, including US, UK, Middle East, Asia, West Africa, South America, Canada, and Northern Europe

Asbjørn has served in Board of Directors functions in the offshore drilling, service and energy sector, including Semco Maritime, Global Offshore & Marine, OES Asset Integrity, Norwegian Shipowners Ass. and Harris Pye Ltd.

RORY JAMES MATTHEWS

Director Operations

Rory has been involved in the operating and management of drilling units for the last 16 years. He has held various shore-based positions including Asset Manager, Life Cycle Asset Manager, Rig Manager, Project Manager and Senior Operations Engineer.

Rory has global experience, with particular focus in Norway, United Kingdom, Spain, Middle East, Mexico, Aruba and West Africa. University degree in Engineering.

RAJESH BEHERA

Director, Middle East & Asia

Rajesh has served in various senior management positions for global drilling contractors, oil and gas service companies, FMCG sector and Strategy Consulting. His functional expertise lies in Operations Management, Asset Management, Project Management and Commercial and Financial management. He has lived in nine different countries in a career spanning 14 years.

Rajesh holds an engineering degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay and holds an MBA Degree from IMD Business School, Lausanne, Switzerland.
