ASBJØRN SKJELBRED OLSEN

CEO

Asbjørn has over 30 years experience from international Executive and Senior Management positions in Private Equity as well as Publicly Listed Companies, with over 25 years in senior positions in key energy locations, including US, UK, Middle East, Asia, West Africa, South America, Canada, and Northern Europe

Asbjørn has served in Board of Directors functions in the offshore drilling, service and energy sector, including Semco Maritime, Global Offshore & Marine, OES Asset Integrity, Norwegian Shipowners Ass. and Harris Pye Ltd.

Asbjørn’s knowledge, leadership & experience comes from multiple years in Schlumberger, Transocean & Joulon.

ARILD UELAND​

CFO

Arild has more than 20 years international experience from accounting and financial reporting from PwC and the Oil Service industry.

In Seadrill he had financial reporting responsibilities starting at the corporate office in Stavanger and later living in several regions; Brazil, Singapore, Houston, Dubai and Mexico.

In Borr Drilling he started at the corporate level and later became responsible for the financial reporting in the Mexico/Americas region, including the acquisition of Paragon Offshore and the establishment of a Joint Venture for integrated well services with a local partner in Mexico.

Arild holds a Master Business Admin. (Siviløkonom) NHH and State Authroized Public Accountant/MBA from Norges Handelshøyskole (NHH) in Bergen.

JUSTINA KLEVIENE

Administration Manager

Justina has more than 15 years of experience in quality management, administration, project coordination, and operational leadership across the healthcare, offshore drilling, and engineering sectors in Norway and internationally.

She has held key positions with Alu Rehab/Meyra Group, Stavanger University Hospital, and Maersk Drilling, leading quality, compliance, and business improvement initiatives.

Most notable positions include Country and Site Manager Norway and Quality Manager at Alu Rehab AS, Administrative Consultant for Clinic Manager Clinic for Surgery, Neurology and Rehabilitation and department Office Manager at Stavanger University Hospital, and Quality Assurance Assistant supporting major offshore drilling projects at Maersk Drilling Norge AS.

Justina has extensive experience in ISO quality systems, internal auditing, regulatory compliance, change management, and continuous improvement. She holds a Master of Engineering in Graphic Communication Engineering and Management from Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania and has further education in leadership (BI Norwegian Business School), quality management (KIWA Norway), and project management.

PRASHANT YADAV

Director Business Development

Prashant has over 18 years of experience across Energy, Renewables, Consumer Services and Advisory industry. He has led Go-to-Market, Transformations, Operations and Projects across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Prashant has significant experience in driving revenue growth for new business segments across new geographies, establishing alliances with strategic partners and government agencies across the UK and Europe.

Within the upstream energy industry, he has managed service contracts with major international customers for the Middle East and Europe region while at Joulon and Transocean.

He also has significant advisory experience leading transformation and analytics projects for Upstream Energy Customers in the Africa and Middle East regions.

SEAN GOLDEN

Director of QHSE and Operations

Sean Golden has over 25 years of experience in international executive and senior operational leadership roles within offshore and onshore energy operations, with extensive experience across the United States, Caribbean, Africa, Europe, and Asia.

Sean has held senior leadership positions including Asset Manager, Country Manager, Rig Manager, and Regional HSE Manager, with responsibility for multibillion-dollar rig assets, large global workforces, and annual budgets exceeding $70 million.

Sean’s operational knowledge, leadership, and execution experience are built through progressive leadership roles at Transocean, Patterson Drilling, and other global energy and industrial organizations.

OLE PEDERSEN

Technical Manager

Ole Is a Senior Technical and Project Manager with over 27 years of international experience in the offshore drilling and oil & gas industry, specializing in MODU well control equipment, drilling systems, and capital equipment projects.

Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, managing multimillion-dollar projects, and delivering complex engineering solutions from concept through commissioning.

Extensive expertise in project execution, technical management, equipment lifecycle support, customer relations, contract management, budgeting, and continuous improvement.

Strong background working with OEMs, drilling contractors, shipyards, and classification societies across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. Recognized for building high-performing teams, solving complex technical challenges, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. 

A collaborative leader with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to customer expectations.
